A 40 year old male came with chief complaints of pain abdomen since 3 days,which is burning type,which is non - radiating.No history of vomitings,loose stools and fever.Constipation since 4 days. Chronic alcoholic since 20 years,last binge was taken 4 days back.He was a known case of acute intestinal pancreatitis,1-1/2 year back,then stopped drinking at that time and again he started drinking alcohol 2 months back,then he developed pain abdomen 3 days back. HAPPY READING! This is a case of 48 year old female who is a regular alochol consumer, came with the chief complaints of upper abdominal pain and distension since 20 days. CHIEF COMPLAINTS   c/o upper abdominal pain and distension from past 20 days SOB grade III - IV from past 15 days. Patient was asymptotic 4 months back and then she had developed SOB grade III - IV for which she went to a local hospital. Date of admission : 30.07.2021 HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS Patient was asymptotic 20 days back and has been doing her routine work without any limitations.  She then had developed abdominal pain and dis

 A 37 year old male came to the OPD with complaints of jaundice since 3 months, with a history of 7 years alcohol intake 360ml/day. History of generalised weakness and yellowish discolouration of sclera, skin and urine 3 months back for which he went to a local hospital and on routine examination was found to be having deranged LFT. Symptomatic treatment was given and the patient was advised to stop alcohol. He improved symptomatically with treatment and the patient continued to take alcohol. He again had similar complaints for which he came to our hospital. History of vomitings since 1 month whenever he consumes alcohol. No history of pain in abdomen, loose stools, pedal edema, abdominal distension/hematemesis. 3 years back history of similar complaints No known case of DM, hypertension, asthma, epilepsy, CAD, TB 3 days back he consumed 90 ml alcohol along with food intake. No significant personal and family history - consuming alcohol since 7-8 years, 3 quarters per day. GENERAL EXAM
